Sites and assets is part of e20, inspection and audit software for field teams. Every place takes its spot on the map, and everything inside it takes its spot on the floor plan. Any of it can carry a label of its own. Search the map, or find what is nearest, and go straight to it.
So whoever is standing in front of it opens the right form, sees everything that thing holds, and knows what is due next.

Anything can sit inside anything, as deep as you need, and it takes its history with it.
Pick the thing, the form opens
- Scan its label. Standing in front of a fire door, or any asset you decide, scan and go.
- Open your own list. In your van, ladders and tools are already there, ready for inspection.
- Tap it on the floor plan. Fire door 3F-12 is on the third-floor corridor, where it lives.
- Find it on the map. See the properties near you, pick one, work through what is in it.
Places hold things, things hold things
Nothing stops at two levels. Anything can hold anything: an estate holds its buildings, a building holds its floors, a floor holds its doors, alarms and damp areas. A van holds its ladders, tools and PPE.
- Scan the property, see everything in it: 40 fire doors, 12 smoke alarms, a boiler, 2 meters.
- Scan the van, see 3 ladders, a harness, 8 power tools.
- Move a drill from Van 4 to Van 7 by scanning it in, and it moves across with its history.
- With a floor plan, each thing sits where it actually is: the door on the third floor.
What is due?
Everything carries its own next date, and every list shows it.
- Fire door six-monthly, boiler service, alarm test, meter read, ladder inspection, PAT, harness LOLER, MOT.
- Each row shows a dated red, amber or green chip.
- An operative sees the things they hold. A supervisor sees the team’s.
- Sites show on a map, so you can see what is due near you.
