Rather than adopting a fixed template library, organisations build their own forms, workflows and dashboards to match processes they already run. Document libraries, a RAG-coded competency matrix, an action calendar and criteria-based alerts share the same data and the same audit trail. Each team can run under its own branding and its own language, which suits groups operating multiple trading names.
AI features include Insight Engine for drafting forms from a plain English description, Vision for analysing field photography, and Insight Agents, which monitor submissions continuously and record evidence-linked findings.
